Guam.

So excited!

I called our hotel in Guam yesterday to inquire about our airport pick-up since we are arriving at 1am when I suddenly had the urge to call the LV store right infront of our hotel too. Wala lang, I just wanted to call and find out if they really don’t charge taxes and if it’s really a bit cheap there. I wasn’t disappointed. Goods are indeed tax-free and what’s more, a bit cheaper pa! :D Now, I have the biggest grin on my face I swear! :P

I asked for the price of MC Alma and its at $1570, $10 cheaper than the price posted at eluxury. No taxes pa. Woohoo!!! :D

Now, wouldn’t you have the biggest grin too if ever? :D

Sick girl in the house.

Sophia is sick again. She has been suffering from coughs and colds since Saturday. I was hoping she was all better by Monday in time for my coffee date with other mommy bloggers but she wasn’t. Instead, she was worst so we decided to take her to her Pediatrician yesterday. You see, after her 5 day hospital stint last October, I am now extra careful and doesn’t take chances anymore. I rush her to the doctor asap. Paranoid if you may call it but better be safe than sorry.

With her reoccurring colds and cough, I wonder if its just allergy though. Maybe its high time for us to finally consider getting air cleaners for our rooms. Who knows, this might just be what the little girl needs all along.

Credit Cards etc.

I only have one credit card under my name. The other two I have are actually supplementary cards from my husband Jon. Right now, I have been thinking of getting another card for myself to use with my personal shopping purchases, mostly online actually as I wouldn’t want to bother Jon with my crazy impulsive buys. And since I am earning online, I can manage not to bother him now with those “little things”.

I am now on a lookout for the best Credit Cards deal. Upon checking, I never felt as confused as to what credit card company to choose to get my card from. There are just simply too many companies to choose from who offers great deals such as 0% on balance transfers or offers rewards plus cash backs and claims to be number one. It was confusing. I initially thought that choosing a card was easy but I now think otherwise. I want to have the best of course so I am taking time to review what these cards have to offer and eventually choose the best that suits my need and lifestyle at the end.

By mere luck, I chanced upon aboutyourmoney.co.uk. About Your Money is a free, online comparison service allowing customers to compare a range of personal finance products and utility services. Oh, just what I need! This site is heaven sent. I can compare all the credit card deals from credit card providers in just a matter of seconds in their site. Their objective is to present information in a simple format, enabling initial comparisons to be made at a glance so that customers can make informed financial decisions. For added information for a credit card seeker like me, they even have a list of the top 10 credit cards in their site but nothing within the About Your Money website is, or shall be deemed to constitute, financial or other advice or a recommendation to purchase any product or service. Everything is for general information purposes only. Now, that is what we all need, don’t you think?

One more thing to note, About Your Money also offers comparison help on personal finance products and utility services such as Home Insurance Quotes and Car Insurance aside from credit cards. You may want to check out their website and see for yourself. They will truly be of help and will make us spend our money wisely. After all, we all work hard for it, right?
