How many sq meters is your place, and how many people live there?
We have a 200sqm house standing on an 850 sqm lot. The three of us lives here - Jon, Sophia and I with 2 helpers, 1 yaya and 1 driver.
How much is your electricity bill monthly? Water?
Electricity -Normally 9,000 a month. On peak months around 11,000 and up.
Water - 400. So cheap.
Dues - 2,000 a month
Other utilities?
House Rent - we own the house.
Internet - 1,200 (smart bro with airbourne access)
Mobile Phone Plans - 3,500 for Jon and 1,200 for me
Landline -PLDT - 600 a month and Digitel - 1,000 a month
Drinking Water - 1,500 a month
Cable - 550 a month
Fuel/Gas - Gosh, you don’t wanna know. About 35,000 a month for all four cars or sometimes more. (balikan kase si jon from our place to sta cruz laguna where the farm is located everyday, an hour and a half drive yan)
LPG - 680 a month.
Maids - 2 helpers at 3,500 each
Yaya - 5,000
Driver - 10,000 (stay in)
Helper’s daily allowance for snacks - 1,500 a month.
Groceries? Market?
Groceries - 16,000 a month.
Market (Menu) - 8000 a month

jane, inluded sa groceries mo yung food ng helpers? same sila ng food nyo or they cook their own?

hi alpha! oo we have a big garden area. teo lots kase ito. kaya every afternoon naeexercise si sophia coz she keeps on running around.
di included food ng helpers sa grocery ko. they cook their own food kase. kase ang dami nila hahaha. they just buy fish and veggies sa market while i supply their meat kase diba may farm/piggery sina jon?
re gas, naku sinabi mo. layo kase biyahe ni jon everyday. tapos now dagdag pa yan coz everyday na rin pumapasok si sophia sa school.

anyway, di na ako mag-comment sa gas … talagang kakaiba gas expense nyo! lol.
curious ako snack ng helpers, how do you do this? ibig ba sabihin you buy sa grocery worth P1500 snacks? or you give it as money allowance per day?
and how about yun shampoo,toothpaste and soap nila? ako kasi I buy them monthly supplies nila. if kulang or may preferred brand sila, bili na lang sila ulit personal money nila. ikaw?

aggie, meron fortuner asi jon diesel din pero mahal lang tlaga ang gas grabe. malayo kase biyahe niya tapos minsan umuuwi pa kami ng pamp hehe
nagpaparesearch nga yun re LPG tanks on cars. may napanood kase kami sa tv.

grabe talaga ang gas. layo kase ng work ni jon at now si sophia nag school na din everyday. hay, hirap na ng buhay now! imagine 60pesos per liter na ang gas.

oo nga, shocking talaga ang gas. well, ganun talag malayo work ni jon kase.
re snacks of helpers, i give it as allowance per day. 50 pesos sila per day to buy ng kung ano ano that they fancy. madami naman kase mabibilhan dito sa labas ng village. the driver usually uses the bike to buy
pero when we have homemade snacks naman, i give them too aside from the 50 pesos.
re toiletries, i dont give eh. instead i give lang extra 200 pesos a month each sa kanila as extra to buy anything they want.

grabe ang mahal na ng gas noh…na shock nga kami ni howell last week kse 59.57 per liter na…bigla tuloy parang ayaw na namin bumili ng 2nd car at x2 for sure ang gas expense…di kaya ng powers namin…
