Bitter…

I am! Haha

Three of my friends were able to score tickets for HK at dirt cheap prices from PAL’s Real Deal Promo. As for me, couldn’t blame anyone, I never really bothered to even attempt to book online or call PAL office. I heard nobody can get successful bookings online and the line at PAL office is long so I was disheartened.  Besides, the hubby wasn’t supportive.  He thought the hassle wasn’t worthit.  I guess he’s willing to pay extra so let him be. Pero sayang! He could have given me the extra $$$ as shopping money instead of paying for regular fare for our trip which up to now isn’t booked yet by the way. I can’t seem to figure out when I want to go to HK, hehe.  June, July or what? Bahala na. I still have to fix Mateo’s passport anyway which now reminds me that I need to call NSO hotline for his birth certificate and drop by Mary the Queen next week for his Baptism Certificate. I hope I’ll be done preparing all the requirements by Wednesday. Wish me luck!

Off to printing an article about steel buildings for the husband. He has a new project under construction right now thats why.

just like old times

Sometime last month, a good friend who is now based in Singapore came home for a short vacation. We met up and treated her to dinner at Sakae Sushi and coffee at UCC.  Here we are, the tres marias, just like old times …

It was fun to catch up with each other and we ended the night really late because of non stop chikahan.  We only hope to our beloved Xandra again soon.  Hope Jacqui and I can visit her in Singapore. I bet it’ll be fun.

Off to looking for rubber stamps online. The husband needs one badly.

Kids at Hyatt.

We just got back from our Hyatt Hotel overnight to attend Ama’s (grandmother) birthday last night and boy am I so relieved to be home. Not that I didn’t like our room though but nothing beats home, right? Actually, I was quite surprised to see how big the rooms at Hyatt Hotel are. Pretty spacious even after I requested for an extra and a crib. Bathroom was really nice too. I guess I wasn’t expecting a lot so I was surprised to find out that the hotel’s amenities were A-okay. I would have appreciated it if they used Rackmount lcd instead of the usual LCD stands though. Anyway, let me leave you with a photo of the kids as soon as we got to our room.
