RSS FeedBefore I look for new mattresses, let me just share this photo of me and Jon during our son’s birthday party last week. We’re quite proud we were able to lose weight just in time for the party. You be the judge, did the South Beach Diet really work on us?
What do you think? Everyone in the party were saying that we lost weight and of course we were just too happy to hear that. Hardwork paid off! I just hope we can maintain it. Now that is the problem, haha!
