Goldcoast Reminiscing.

If you ask me, so far, the trip we enjoyed the most as a family was our Australia trip last October. To this day, Sophia can’t forget the place and how she had a grand time there specifically at Goldcoast. While Sydney was a place of its own and was also wonderful, it was in Goldcoast our little girl enjoyed the most. Who wouldn’t when there in one place, you’ll find three theme parks already - Dreamworld Amusement Park, Warner Brothers Movieworld, Wet N Wild and Sea World which we all visited during our tour except for Sea World due to lack of time. Here we are.

We had so much fun! Sophia can’t wait to go back. She also enjoyed the beach at Surfer’s Paradise as we stayed and had Surfers Paradise Family Accommodation during our stay. Location was good but since we were theme park addicts and were always running for time, we plan to stay at Hotels near Sea World Resort next time so we can save on travel time and finally see this park. Hotels near SeaWorld Gold Coast will do too. You see, Broadbeach Gold Coast Hotels and Accommodation is good but if you ask me, if you have a kid with you who will for sure would want to stay in Sea World to come face to face with dolphins and other sea creatures, you may want to have other options for your accommodation. But nevertheless, anywhere you may please to stay in, I’m sure you’ll enjoy and come to love the sunny Goldcoast and would wish to come back like we do.

Wednesday Checklist.

Tag from Aggie. It’s initially called Monday Checklist though but made it my Wednesday Checklist.

Today is a very busy day. Here are the things I need to do and I hope to accomplish.

~Take Sophia to school and pay for additional 4% tuition fee increase.

~Do some grocery shopping.

~Buy Nemo DVD (original, hehe kase ang pangit ng pirated sa TV ni sophia!) as per request by the husband and Sophia. She’s into Nemo now as she has a very cute aquarium with a clown fish inside her room now care of the dad of course.

~Buy additional salt water for the little girl’s aquarium.

~Make downpayment for the roman shades we are ordering for my inlaws.

~Call car agent and inform her of the tint we prefer on Jon’s new toy.

~Check some outdoor lighting at the Home Depot sale.

~Fax renewal of insurance for the Toyota Fortuner.

~Call travel agent for the vouchers for our HK trip this Monday.

~Confirm Jon’s flight for Macau this coming September.

The husband and his friends are going to Singapore this September for the F1 race on the 28th. Being almost on my 8th month of pregnancy by then, there’s no way I can go and besides, all boys only daw. Oh well, no problem at all. As early as now though, the husband knows what to bring home for me.

Hay can’t wait sana September na, LOL.

Yesterday, I meant to blog the whole day as I have a lot of pending tasks to do but the husband made other plans. By lunch time, he was home and literally dragged me to Manila for something. He is getting a new toy and he wanted to show me. I didn’t like what he wanted to get though even if he paid the reservation fee already.

Sa huli, ako ang nasunod. My choice, bwahahahaha.

We ended up asking for a refund and is getting the new toy I chose this week.

My in laws arrived the other day from a month long vacation to the US. Sophia and Baby Bullet had so many stuff! Will post soon if I get time to take pics.

I’m not used to seeing blue clothes/stuff as all of Sophia’s things are in pink. LOL.

I took the plunge and made a new blog, my preggy blog that is. Visit me at my other home at Shangrila Journey as I chronicle nine blissful months of my second pregnancy.

We are off to HK next week. I am hoping that the weather will cooperate. I know August is a rainy month so I am wishing for the best. The little girl is so excited to see Cinderella in Disneyland and I hope she won’t get disappointed. The last time we were there, she was after Minnie Mouse while the year before that, she was going gaga over Winnie the Pooh. How time flies… I bet in no time, she’ll soon join the Highschool Musical and Hannah Montana craze.

The INTERNET! My escape! I can blog, I can earn and I can shop all at the same time!

Sophia and Baby Bullet - They just truly bring me joy everytime. Di pa lumalabas si bullet sa lagay na yan ha but the thought of having a girl and a boy, our ultimate wish, grabe, so happy!

My husband - he has always been so generous ever since. He has all the patience in the world for me too and I’m so lucky to have him. He makes me live like a princess haha.

My mom - always gives me sound advice each time.

My helpers - they are all very efficient lately. They make life really so much easier for me. So far, I could trust them all.

For out of the country trips - ah, they give me the excuse to spend and shop ’til I drop. HAHA. Ultimate therapy!

For Durian Chips - my comfort chichiria lately.

For being pregnant - the husband makes me wear short shorts to the mall, bwahahahahaha!

It has always been my frustration to wear those special gowns or Quinceanera dresses I see only in magazines worn by celebrities. I never had the chance to wear one ever, not even when I attended our high school prom you see. Pathetic, right? Now, I can’t wait for my little girl to go on her own prom years from now and I’ll surely get her the best homecoming dresses I can ever find with matching designer shoes to boot. Just wait and see.
